Job Purpose
The project engineer is primarily responsible for coordinating and supervising industrial engineering projects from the initial concept phase through to final completion. Their duties range from defining technical specifications to managing resources, monitoring project progress, and resolving technical issues that may arise during implementation. One distinctive aspect of this role is the ability to translate complex technical requirements into concrete and understandable action plans for all stakeholders involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Project update meetings
- Reviewing technical documentation
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Simplifying complex data for the team
- Supporting inspections in production or at suppliers

Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or automation engineering
- Master’s degree in industrial production engineering or similar specializations (preferred)
- Interest and aptitude for project management
- Basic knowledge of IT tools and production processes
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of production processes, design and optimization skills, and proficiency in project management software
- Familiarity with industry regulations and data analysis
- Leadership, problem solving, effective communication, time management, adaptability, negotiation, and ability to work under pressure
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in comparable production environments

- Obtain recognized certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2
- Develop specialized technical skills in industrial automation, advanced control systems, or Industry 4.0 technologies
- Improve budget management skills through financial planning and cost control
- Develop technical leadership skills and motivate multidisciplinary teams
- Lead technological innovation projects and translate innovation into measurable competitive advantages
- Apply Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements
- Acquire knowledge of eco‑sustainable technologies and design solutions that reduce environmental impact
