EduTalent Group are looking for a dynamic, curious and collaborative IB Diploma Programme Business & Economics Teacher to join an international school in Milan. Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons in line with IB Diploma Programme standards
- Assess student progress using a range of formative and summative methods, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Use innovative teaching practices and technology to enhance learning and engagement
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Create an inclusive, respectful and positive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success
- Take part in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
- Opportunity to contribute to extracurricular or enrichment activities related to Business and Economics
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics or a closely related field
- Recognised secondary teaching qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience teaching Business & Economics within the IB Diploma Programme
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the IB curriculum framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (other languages an advantage)
- Commitment to inclusive and multicultural education
