POSITION PURPOSE / MISSION
As part of the Multibrand Aftermarket and IAM development strategy, the IAM Manager is responsible for developing the performance of Supplier Ranges and EUROREPAR parts in the local IAM market.
The role acts as a key interface between suppliers, Distrigo hubs, field teams, local marketing teams, and the Enlarged Europe Parts and Service organization, ensuring strong alignment between regional strategy and local execution.
The position supports the achievement of revenue, margin and customer satisfaction objectives, while strengthening the engagement of Distrigo hubs and distribution partners with the IAM strategy.
KEY CHALLENGES
- Ensure Supplier Ranges and EUROREPAR offer match local market expectations.
- Support Distrigo Hubs in growing sales with IAM customers (IR, BS, ERCS), becoming a significant distributor for these clients (increasing their average basket).
- Validate coherence of offer, pricing positioning and stock levels versus competitors.
- Drive hub commitment to parts strategy and commercial policies.
- Balance commercial performance and stock efficiency.
- Act as the local IAM reference while aligning with Enlarged Europe Parts and Service governance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Supplier & Purchasing Management, Pricing & Market Analysis, Stock Strategy, Network Support, Training, Commercial Execution and interface with Enlarged Europe Parts and Service teams.
EXPECTED RESULTS / KPIs
Revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, supplier partnership strength, stock efficiency and contribution to Enlarged Europe Parts and Service objectives.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
IAM market knowledge, spare parts distribution, Power BI, Excel, internal pricing and reporting tools.
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
Results-driven mindset, strong communication, negotiation skills, analytical rigor, organizational skills, adaptability and cross-functional mindset.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in IAM, spare parts distribution, purchasing, logistics or commercial roles. Automotive aftermarket experience is a strong asset.
