A multinational packaging company is looking for an HR Business Partner for their Supply Chain in Italy. Your role involves shaping the people agenda across a multi-country network and partnering with senior leaders. You’ll implement HR strategies, lead talent development initiatives, and drive engagement and transformation across the organization. Candidates should provide a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR and demonstrate proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments, preferably in FMCG. English fluency is required, and additional languages are a plus.
