The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proactive legal advice, drafting and negotiating contracts, and analyzing legal risks related to business transactions. This role is well-suited for professionals with a Law degree and 1-2 years of experience in legal counsel, preferably in the energy or construction sectors. The position is based in Milan with a hybrid work model.
