In this role, you will lead hardware programs that leverage Nokia’s PIC and DSP technologies to deliver next‑generation products. You’ll operate within the Hardware Development Organization, owning integrated plans and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, within‑scope delivery at global scale. You will tackle risk management, tracking, and execution challenges in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. This is a chance to shape critical hardware platforms for AI‑driven data center networks and to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Proven ability to deliver complex hardware development programs on time and within scope

• Familiarity with product development lifecycle tools, defect tracking systems, test case management tools, Agile frameworks, and project planning tools
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar); Master’s degree is a plus
• 5–10 years of experience in hardware project or product management
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
