HVAC System Engineer

MAIN TASKS

• Definition and management of the system’s functional and performance requirements for the HVAC
• Sizing and verification of heating, cooling, ventilation, and air‑exchange performance. • Definition and validation of the HVAC system architecture
• Study and integration of air‑distribution within the vehicle, including ducts, diffusers, grilles, dampers, and vents
• Evaluation of airflow rate, velocity, and distribution uniformity across the different areas of the vehicle
• Management of mechanical, electrical, and functional interfaces between the HVAC system, the carbody, and other onboard subsystems
• Drafting and review of technical specifications, functional descriptions, schematic diagrams, and project documentation
• Technical coordination of suppliers and verification of design documentation
• Definition and validation of HVAC system test plans
• Support for functional, climatic, airflow‑distribution, acoustic, and commissioning tests on the vehicle

EXPERISE

• The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a comparable qualification) and brings a minimum of two years of experience in a related position. xrdbqlu

• Proficiency in both English and Italian is essential.
