HVAC Materials & Work Quantities Estimating Specialist

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Estimating/accounting of HVAC system material (Chillers, AHU, ducts, Piping and accessories) and work for buildings
• Acknowledge and confident experience in managing architectural drawings, views and plans.
• Support HVAC group leader and project specialist to prepare Material Requisition (M.R.) and Work Requisition (W.R.) preparation in proposal and detailed design phases according to main technical specifications.
• Technical support in bill of quantities preparation during proposal, detailed design, and construction phases.
• Client design review follows up, support in technical clarifications, comments and following design modifications.
• Acknowledge of basic Microsoft office and AutoCAD

Personal Attributes

• Mechanical Diploma or three-years Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Previous experience in coordination of HVAC system estimation quantity inside complex civil & industrial buildings is preferred.
• Main international standards in Mechanical estimation survey.
• Acknowledge of method of measurement and methods of estimating quantity.
• Fluent Italian and English speaker and writer.
• Numerate and computer literate.
• Flexibility and desire to get involved.
