With operations across Italy, Estonia, Germany, and other international shipyards , we deliver excellence for cruise, offshore, and naval projects.

Location: Genoa, Italy / Tallinn, Estonia

✈️ Work Environment: Frequent business trips to shipyards worldwide

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and implement HVAC systems for vessels and offshore platforms
  • Support production by creating 2D & 3D designs and specifications.
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing at shipyards
  • Prepare technical documentation , material lists, and cost calculations
  • Ensure compliance with IMO, ISO, and Classification Society standards
  • Cooperate closely with mechanical, piping, and electrical engineering teams
  • Support project management and report progress to the Project Lead

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marine HVAC or industrial piping systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Naval, or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong understanding of piping, ventilation, and ducting systems
  • Experience working with CAD software (AutoCAD, AVEVA Marine, CADMATIC Marine, or similar).
  • Knowledge of marine regulations (RINA, DNV, Lloyd’s, ABS)
  • Excellent communication skills and English proficiency (Italian or other EU language is a plus)
  • Availability for international travel and short-term shipyard assignments

  • ✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • ✅ Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and interface with clients and subcontractors
