HV Site Manager

As Site Manager for the M Renewables team in Italy, you lead on-site delivery of MV substation works and the MV interconnecting line for a utility‑scale solar PV project. You work within a structured project team to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion, coordinating subcontractors and site engineers. You drive QA/QC, testing, and close‑out while managing interfaces with clients and grid stakeholders. This role offers hands‑on impact in a growing renewables portfolio and the opportunity to shape on‑site execution excellence. attractive remuneration friendly and professional working environment Site delivery for MV substation and interconnecting line (scope, drawings, BOM/BOQ, ITPs) Supervise civil and electrical works (earthworks, foundations, cable laying, switchgear, protection, SCADA/telecom) Coordinate subcontractors and site engineers; monitor manpower, equipment, productivity and quality Implement Quality Plans/ITPs; manage inspections, punch lists, NCRs and close‑out Coordinate functional and line tests; support energization/hand‑over documentation Report progress and risks to Project Manager; liaise with Client/DL/CSE and grid stakeholders Track material receipts and storage/preservation; coordinate deliveries with Procurement/Logistics Manage site facilities and interfaces to ensure safe, compliant execution 5+ years as Site Manager/Construction Manager on substations or MV/HV infrastructure Electrical Engineering degree preferred (or equivalent field experience) Ability to read electrical drawings (SLD, layouts, cable schedules) with QA/QC discipline MS Office + AutoCAD; Primavera/MS Project is a plus Strong leadership and subcontractor management Fluent Italian and English; willing to work on site As Site Manager for the M Renewables team in Italy, you lead on site
