CAP INGELEC seeks a Bid Engineer to join their Business Division Energy team in Milan. The successful candidate will prepare competitive EPC commercial proposals, coordinate internal technical teams, and lead bid presentations. A Master’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering is required, along with at least 7 years of experience in EPC projects, preferably in high-voltage or energy sectors.
