We are currently looking for a Payroll & Employment Relations Specialist that will mainly ensure:

• Prepare documentation related to employment (hiring, termination etc.) and other types of relationships existing in the company (e.g., internships, collaborations, etc.);
• Follow attendance and payroll processing activities;
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations;
• Resolve payroll-related issues promptly and accurately, including answering employee questions, addressing discrepancies, and troubleshooting errors;
• Stay up to date with changes to country, federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations;

Main Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Economics / Law / Political Sciences;
• At least 2/3 years of experience in complex organizations
• Knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Great can-do attitude
