We are pleased to announce an open position for a Human Resources Representative within our HR team . This role provides HR support for the TORO location in Italy, Fiano-Romano (approx. 65 employees) and operates as an individual contributor position without direct reports. This role plays a key part in supporting a productive, engaged, and compliant workforce by partnering closely with employees and managers. The Human Resources Representative will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business needs, company values, and local labor legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers, including employee relations and conflict resolution
- Coordinate recruitment activities and act as the main liaison with employment agencies
- Administer HRIS data, payroll inputs, personnel files, and HR reporting
- Support onboarding, training initiatives, and exit processes
- Ensure compliance with local labor law, EU Directives, and company policies
- Contribute to a safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplace
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment in Italy
- University degree in psychology, law, organizational management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor legislation and HR practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English
- Proven organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
This position reports to the Manager, Human Resources Water Business EMEA based in Romania and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our people strategy while working in a dynamic, international environment.
