We are looking for an HR Manager with solid experience in operational and business partnering activities, who will act as a trusted partner for the assigned corporate function and support managers across the full employee lifecycle.
The role requires a hands‑on and proactive professional able to combine day‑to‑day HR management with a strategic approach to people and organizational topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and business leaders on organizational, people, and performance‑related matters, supporting workforce planning and organizational design activities;
- Contribute to organizational review processes, including team structures, role evolution, and reporting lines;
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned functions, ensuring a strong candidate experience;
- Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5–6 years of consolidated experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role;
- Strong experience in both recruiting and broader HR management/business partnering activities;
- Exposure to organizational design and workforce planning topics;
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization;
- Hands‑on mindset combined with strong communication and problem‑solving skills;
- Good understanding of HR processes and Italian labor law principles;
