Human Resources Manager – Hotel Pitrizza, Sardinia

Human Resources Manager responsibilities will include overseeing all HR functions, managing a community of 10 core employees and 170 seasonal fixed‑term staff, and guiding the hotel through the upcoming re‑branding to Cheval Blanc.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead the hotel takeover, establish future vision, build an HR expertise pole, and implement LVMH and Cheval Blanc HR processes and tools for the Maison.
• Operational HR: Manage social climate, personnel administration & time management, recruitment & employer brand, training & talent development, ambassador experience & internal communications, accommodation, budget & payroll, HR reporting & data management, and employment law compliance.
• Advisory: Support teams on all HR aspects, ensuring ethical operations and compliance with Italian legislation.
• Strategic role: Play a key part in steering the Maison’s business and maintaining high confidentiality on day‑to‑day operations, budgets, and projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Hotel Management or HR Management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international group.
• Strong empathy, autonomy, attention to detail, and passion for the role.
• Fluency in Italian and English; professional French is a plus.
• Dual expertise in personnel administration/payroll and HR development.
• Experience in Italian labor law and hotel/restaurant/tourism agreements.
• Working knowledge of HR IT systems is ideal.
