Internship Opportunity – HR & Organization Office

We are looking for a motivated intern to join the HR & Organization office, the team responsible for attracting, developing and retaining talent, ensuring the best possible match between people’s potential and the University’s strategic needs. The team also manages organizational development by analyzing business processes, promoting digital transformation, and ensuring alignment with the University’s evolving goals.

The intern will support the team and be involved in a wide range of activities, including:

  • Recruiting : managing full-cycle recruitment processes of interns and entry-level staff in collaboration with HRBPs.
  • Learning & Training : supporting the design, communication, logistics, and feedback collection for training initiatives; managing the e-learning platform and reporting activities.
  • Talent Development : supporting the implementation of performance management processes (feedback, goal setting, development plans).
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding : organizing and participating in employer branding events and managing communication campaigns for talent engagement.
  • Organizational Development : contributing to HR transformation projects aimed at process digitization and employee experience improvement.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization : analyzing existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and supporting the update of internal documentation, procedures, and organizational charts.
  • Data Analysis : collecting and analyzing HR data to track KPIs, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.


Requirements

  • Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path (Master in HR is considered a plus);
  • Fluent in English and Italian;
  • Strong digital mindset and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Previous experience or knowledge in project management and/or digital transformation is a plus;
  • Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (minimum 6 months);
  • Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic attitude, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, hands-on and customer-oriented approach, good organizational autonomy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow;
  • Passion for people development and the education sector.
