HR INTERNSHIP – HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
Philogen is a Swiss–Italian integrated biotechnology company founded in 1996, focused on the development of innovative biopharmaceuticals for the treatment of cancer and inflammatory diseases.
Philogen S.p.A. is looking for a motivated and curious resource to join the Human Resources Department through an extra-curricular internship. The internship is designed as a concrete training opportunity for those who wish to start their professional career in Human Resources, with a particular focus on personnel administration, labour law and labour consultancy.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or undergraduate students in Law, Economics, Legal Studies or Labour Consultancy who are interested in gaining hands-on experience within a dynamic, structured and multidisciplinary corporate environment.
The selected candidate will be supported by the Company Tutor and will have the opportunity to progressively acquire practical and transversal skills, taking part in the main activities of the HR Department and contributing to the day-to-day management of people-related processes.
Main responsibilities The intern will support the HR team in the following activities: day-to-day operational HR activities; recruitment and selection processes; management of personnel documentation; reporting of travel expenses for employees on business trips; drafting and publication of job advertisements; support in the management of monthly attendance records; assistance in the analysis of personnel costs.
Requirements Degree obtained or currently in progress in Law, Economics, Legal Studies, Labour Consultancy or other relevant fields; interest in Human Resources, personnel administration and labour law; good knowledge of the English language; good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; accuracy, reliability and confidentiality.
Preferred qualifications Academic background or further studies in labour law; interest in pursuing a career in labour consultancy; Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration.
