We are looking for a role of HRBP Retail for one Important Fashion Company with HQ in Milan, Italy.

The candidate will be responsible for all HR related tasks, with a strong focus on Performance Management, Payroll and Administration, Legal Issue.

RESPONSABILITÀ

• Manage the hiring process
• Define and deliver employment contracts
• Manage promotions, organizational changes, hiring, termination;
• Perform HR staffing including handling procedures related to international mobility, dismissal, resignation, retirements;
• Handle potential disciplinary and termination process

PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE

- Strong experience in Retail HR activities

- Act according to the Brand values

- Fluent in English and Italian.

- Availability to travel into the stores
