The role

The HR Generalist will support the HR Corporate Team and wiill have the opportunity to work on different processes and activities related to HR Management, such as Training, Recruitment, Internal Communication, Policies & Procedures, Reporting. He/she will be involved both on daily activities as well as in the project management of some different global initiatives.


Main Activities

  • Participate in the definition and planning of global Training plans
  • Participate in the implementation of Learning Management System training courses and management of licenses
  • Participate in the activities of identification, management and retention of talent
  • Participate in the definition and management succession planning and performance management activities
  • Support the Recruitment activities
  • Job posting, screen CVs, schedule and organize job interviews, send feedback to the candidates
  • Relationships with Universities and Business School
  • KPI’s recollecting and reporting
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process concerning both the internal procedures and the relations with new joiners
  • Support the Internal Communication
  • Deal with private and confidential personnel issues including employee detail
  • Where possible use own initiative in responding/dealing with queries which arise on a daily basis
  • Collect and publish the internal Newsletter
  • Support the HR Team in managing and the implementation of the HR Processes
  • Participate in the definition and deployment of new processes and procedures across all Brands
  • Manage the H&S topics collaborating with RSPP: monitoring and updating the shared dashboard, activating the mandatory training and keeping the relations with all the involved stakeholders (RSPP, doctors, employees)
  • Support internal processes such as annual Engagement Survey, Performance Process, internal engagement initiatives.


Experience and Education:

  • Master Degree in Economics/Social Science/HR;
  • Fluency in both Italian and English;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite;
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles

Work location: Milan with availability to work also from Meda (MB) offices
