Qualifications

• Subject-matter expertise in HR, Employment, or Business topics.
• Preferred: qualifications in Human Resources Management–related fields, with professional and/or academic experience that demonstrates credibility.
• Excellent written communication in English and/or Spanish.
• Strong storytelling ability with a flair for translating research and practical solutions into engaging insights.
• Familiarity with APA-style citation and open-access research databases, or a willingness to learn.
