HR Business Partner (Milan/Turin)

Location:
Milan or Turin, Italy

Languages Required:
Fluent in Italian, Chinese, and English

Experience:
3–5 years in Human Resources, preferably in an international or manufacturing environment

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership:
    Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing insights on workforce planning and talent management.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Employee Relations:
    Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
    Oversee performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting and feedback.
  • Training and Development:
    Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies, updating procedures as necessary.
  • HR Projects:
    Lead or participate in HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement surveys, and organizational development projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role within a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation in Italy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
