For our office in Pisa, we are looking for a HR Business Partner who will play a key role in our organisation as main point of contact for candidate, employees and managers within our organisation.
Role description:
You will join Hyntelo’s HR team, playing an active role in developing and managing key People & Culture processes. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, lead onboarding for new hires (with a focus on senior and international profiles), and design learning and talent development programmes. You will also contribute to reward policies and the implementation of HR tools and analytics to support strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: role scoping, job posting, screening, interviewing and final offer.
- Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth cultural and operational integration for all new joiners.
- Support managers with hiring plans and the evolution of job descriptions.
Talent Development & Performance
- Conduct learning needs analysis and design professional growth programmes aligned to company career journeys.
- Contribute to performance evaluation processes and individual development plans.
- Support the company Talent Programme and its continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop engagement and employer branding initiatives, internally and externally, to strengthen the company’s identity and appeal.
- Promote our culture and sense of belonging through regular communications and periodic HR initiatives.
Compensation & HR Analytics
- Collaborate on labour cost analysis and monitoring of reward plans.
- Define and maintain HR dashboards and KPIs (in Excel or BI tools) to track key performance indicators.
- Support the review of HR processes with an eye to efficiency and digitalisation (HR process PMO).
Requirements :
- 3–5 years’ experience in HR generalist or specialist roles, preferably within tech companies, software houses or digital scale‑ups.
- Proven experience in recruiting, learning, talent development and performance management processes.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with Excel and digital HR tools (ideally Personio).
- Basic knowledge of Italian employment law.
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, analytical and results‑oriented approach.
Nice to have:
- HR certifications or potential‑assessment methodologies (e.g., SHL, Hogan, DISC, etc.).
- Experience with HR analytics projects or BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies applied to HR processes.
