JOB PURPOSE 

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in aligning people, performance, and cost structure with business objectives. In a dynamic and evolving environment, you will lead HR cost analysis and personnel budgeting activities, ensuring financial sustainability and resource optimization.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing the company’s new Performance Management system, strengthening talent organization and enabling a structured approach to development and accountability.

Acting as a true Business Partner for a dedicated business area, you will support managers in organizational decisions, workforce planning, and change initiatives, while also overseeing internal communication processes to reinforce alignment, engagement, and company culture.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, financial sensitivity, and a structured approach to organizational development.



MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  

HR Controlling & Workforce Planning

  • Lead HR cost analysis, and monitor personnel expenses (FTE, overtime, turnover impact, etc.).
  • Develop and manage the annual HR personnel budget in alignment with Finance and business leaders.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: analyze HR data to monitor trends, measure the impact of initiatives, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Support managers in workforce planning.

 Performance & Talent Management

  • Design and implement the new company-wide Performance Management system.
  • Structure evaluation processes, goal-setting frameworks, and feedback cycles.
  • Promote a continuous development culture.
  • Support managers in talent development initiatives.

 Organization Design & Change Management

  • Analyze and optimize organizational structures.
  • Facilitate change initiatives.
  • Support managers in organizational design.
  • Act as HR Business Partner for a dedicated business area.

 Employee Relations & HR Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers.
  • Manage conflicts and workplace concerns.
  • Ensure a positive work environment.

 Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Support the recruitment process to attract top talent.
  • Contribute to the development of employer branding strategies.

Internal Communication & Engagement

  • Manage and coordinate internal communication activities.
  • Foster transparency and engagement.
  • Promote alignment with company values.


  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 

    • Bachelor’s degree in economics, law, or humanities, with a specialization in HR Management.
    • At least 6 years of experience in HR generalist roles within complex environments, with a focus on organizational development, talent management, and internal communication.
    • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor regulations, and industry trends.
    • Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a consultative and business-oriented approach.
    • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to change.
    • Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • HR Analytics & reporting capabilities.
    • Fluent in English.
