Job description

You will join our HR team in Milan, supporting our community and contributing to the smooth running of HR operations within a fast-growing international company. As an HR Assistant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team members and ensuring efficient HR processes.

Your Missions

  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
  • Organize and make periodical follow up of Health and Safety training courses
  • Organize and make periodical follow up of employee’s medical visits
  • Support the HR Officer to perform onboarding process related tasks
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions
  • Manage the HR support service (123) by replying to employee’s queries on HR-related administrative topics

Your Profile

  • Experience in HR administration, with at least 6 months of practical involvement in supporting HR processes within a corporate environment.
  • Academic background: Master’s degree in human resources or a related field, providing a solid foundation in HR principles and practices.
  • Basic knowledge of local labor laws, ensuring compliance and proper handling of administrative procedures.
  • English and Italian fluent, allowing you to communicate effectively in an international and multicultural context.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • You possess excellent problem-solving skills, proactively addressing challenges and proposing effective solutions.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills, facilitating clear and professional interactions with team members and stakeholders.
  • You work well in a team, contributing positively to group objectives and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
