To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and structured Human Capital Manager to join our Human Capital Department, who acting as a key partner in the development of HR strategies and processes, enabling organizational effectiveness and people development.

DUTIES

As a Human Capital Manager , reporting directly to the Head of Human Capital, you will be responsible for leading and continuously evolving all HR processes at site level, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and team members while ensuring alignment between people strategy and business goals. You will contribute to building a structured, scalable and engaging environment that supports organizational growth and talent development.

The activities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing the full employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, training and development;
  • Partnering with managers to translate business needs into people strategies, organizational design and resource planning;
  • Coordinating HR operations and ensuring timely execution of administrative and organizational processes;
  • Driving employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives to foster an inclusive, positive, and high‑performing workplace;
  • Ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable HR processes across the site;
  • Implementing HR initiatives focused on engagement, retention, and overall well‑being;
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, collective agreements, and corporate policies, mitigating risks and promoting best practices;
  • Managing industrial and union relations, supporting negotiations and daily interactions;
  • Supporting organizational growth, change management, and digital transformation projects;
  • Monitoring and analyzing HR KPIs (turnover, engagement, hiring, performance, costs) and providing insights and recommendations to leadership;
  • Coaching managers on people management, feedback culture, and performance matters;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR tools, systems, and governance in alignment with the Head of Human Capital.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high‑tech, engineering or manufacturing environments;
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams;
  • Proactive, structured, and detail‑oriented mindset;
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in managing end‑to‑end HR processes, including site‑level responsibility;
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, industrial relations, HR best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Solid experience in managing union relations and collective bargaining;
  • Solid background in workforce planning, performance management and compensation practices;
  • Data‑driven approach with experience defining and tracking HR KPIs and metrics;
  • Familiarity with international HR practices and mobility management;
  • Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools;
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution;
  • Adaptability to shifting requirements and stakeholder needs;
  • Continuous learning attitude and commitment to excellence.

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

  • Experience in implementing organizational and managerial transformation projects;
  • Experience in fast‑growing or scaling organizations;
  • HR certifications or post‑graduate specialization;
  • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives within the HR function, starting from a structured assessment of internal needs and translating them into scalable tools, solutions and processes;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, working under tight deadlines;
