About the Company

Role Overview

The role is focused on managing and supporting operational activities and systems related to environment, health, safety, and quality (HSEQ) within the specified perimeter. Key responsibilities include risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and maintaining certification standards while applying HSE organisational models.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist support to operational units on safety-related activities.
  • Assist the RSPP in drafting and updating the DVR and other key safety documents.
  • Support training processes, emergency management, and health surveillance.
  • Manage suppliers: verify technical‑professional fitness, draft DUVRI, coordinate meetings, and conduct inspections.
  • Support the business in managing incidents, injuries, and near‑miss events.
  • Implement and update HSEQ management systems through procedures, instructions, and tools aligned with group directions.
  • Assist the company with certification activities and monitor corrective actions.
  • Contribute to developing the group’s HSEQ culture and promote a community‑care mindset.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or similar disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in equivalent roles.
  • ASPP and/or RSPP certification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driving licence (B).
  • Willingness to travel within Lombardy.
  • Knowledge of HSEQ management systems and primary regulations.
  • Preferred: CSP/CSE 120‑hour training and health & safety trainer qualification.
  • Additional strengths: proactive attitude, teamwork, result orientation.
