HSE Supervisor-Northern Italy

We are looking for a new HSE Supervisor to support our Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure and Construction sites throughout Italy.
This role offers substantial operational autonomy within a solid environment focused on sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HSE activities on construction sites and production facilities.
- Verify and update HSE documentation (DVR, DUVRI, POS, PSC).
- Monitor compliance with Italian HSE regulations and company procedures.
- Participate in audits, inspections, technical meetings and investigations of near‑miss incidents and non‑conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage and monitor HSE KPIs, reporting and mandatory documentation.
- Collaborate with HSE managers, project managers and contractors to ensure compliance and operational standards.
- Provide training and awareness to internal staff and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Degree in Safety Engineering, Prevention Techniques or related discipline, or a technical diploma in environmental engineering or safety.
- At least 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in oil & gas, construction sites or similar environments.
- Knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Good command of digital tools and HSE management software.
- Strong teamwork, communication, problem‑solving and risk‑analysis skills.
- Excellent command of Italian and good proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
Additional Skills
- Leadership operational and ability to interact in multi‑stakeholder contexts.
- Experience with ASPP qualification (modules A and B) is preferred.

Positions are distributed across the national territory. The indicated office address (Viggiano) refers only to the office location. Candidates from all over Italy and abroad are welcome.
