On behalf of one of our esteemed client companies operating in the fashion sector, we are looking for a qualified professional for the role of:
HSE SENIOR SPECIALIST (EUROPEAN SCOPE)/ HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MILAN
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Conduct regular HSE audits in stores across Europe (approx. 70% travel).
- Coordinate local RSPP and HSE external consultants in each country.
- Manage relationships with external providers
- Support risk assessments (including drafting and reviewing documentation).
- Manage evacuation drills and emergency procedures in stores.
- Monitor corrective action plans following audits.
- Oversee HSE documentation and reporting.
- Support project-based risk assessments abroad from a project management perspective.
- Promote a strong safety culture within retail operations.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in HSE roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or STEM disciplines.
- Qualification as RSPP under Italian regulation.
- Strong knowledge of Italian HSE legislation
- Fluent in Italian and English .
- Availability to travel up to 60% across Europe .
