For our own projects, we are looking for an HSE MANAGER
The selected personnel will operate on site as part of the project HSE structure, ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, local legislation, and the project HSE Management System throughout construction, erection, and commissioning phases.
Education & Experience:
- Education: Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in HSE roles within heavy industry (metallurgical, steelworks, oil & gas, mining)
- Experience on complex construction sites
- Strong background in Italian construction projects (Title IV)
- Certifications or equivalent: RSPP, CSP / CSE
- Strong exper tise in environmental management
- Proven leadership, coordination, and decision-making capability
- Willingness to work directly on site and supervise activities
Additional Information:
- Continuous on-site presence required
- Working hours may reach up to 10 hours per day, 6 days per week, during defined project phases
- Contract Duration: 1.5 years (with possible extension)
- Proficiency in Italian
- English: B2 level or higher
