What are we looking for?

We are currently looking to incorporate HSE into our energy division, for the construction of PV plants in Italy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and promote a proactive safety culture across all projects and teams.
  • Develop HSE Plans/Site Plans and Project Procedures according to Project/Client requirements.
  • Collaboration and monitoring the implementation of preventive and environmental measures on site.
  • Identify and assess the legal requirements applicable to the project.
  • Collaboration and support in the Lantania’s Sustainability activities.
  • Ensure health and safety conditions at construction sites.
  • Hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control.
  • Monitor HSE targets for project through HSE KPI’s
  • Maintain updated documentation for personnel.
  • Carry out site safety visits/inspections.
  • Provide training and information to on-site workers.
  • Attend HS coordination meetings and Health and Safety Committee meetings.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents.
  • Control and resolve Non-Conformities on site.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Verify compliance with Lantania’s Integrated Management System procedures.
  • Monitor and control worksite accident rates and indicators.
  • Prepare and monitor procedures for the execution of work units.
  • Monitor the project's Environmental Surveillance Plan.
  • Handle environmental procedures and prior notifications.
  • Monitor and control waste management.


✅ Minimum Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree (highly desirable Bachelor Degree / Engineering).
  • Health & Safety Qualification recognized by the enforcing authorities in Spain or Italy
  • Knowledge and experience working under ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Experience in audits and ISO certification.
  • Experience on site.
  • Advanced level of Italian (this position involves using Italian, writing and speaking, at daily basis)
