HSE ENGINEER

We are looking for a HSE ENGINEER to support the HSE Management System, HSE initiatives & Projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in identifying mandatory HSE requirements and regulations, maintaining the relevant database and monitoring updates to ensure compliance;
- Contribute to the preparation and continuous improvement of HSE guidelines, plans, and procedures in alignment with international best practices;
- Support the development and deployment of HSE initiatives, including tailoring special programs aimed at reducing incidents and enhancing overall HSE performance;
- Provide the Commercial Unit and Proposal Managers with support during business proposals and tender processes, by analyzing HSE contractual requirements and ensuring accurate estimation of HSE resources needed for effective risk management during project execution;
- Collaborate on various cross-functional initiatives to support ongoing projects and ensure alignment with corporate HSE strategies;
- Take part in certification processes for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001, ensuring all activities contribute to compliance and continuous improvement;
- Verify and monitor the implementation of HSE initiatives across projects, analyzing performance data, tracking key indicators, and supporting project teams in achieving HSE objectives;
- Ensure the effective application of Bonatti’s HSE campaigns at project level, in close collaboration with the Project HSE Manager, to foster a culture of safety and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Technical background (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field);
- Fluency in English;
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Auditor qualification and/or HSE Management System certifications are considered a plus.
Place of work: Parma (PR), with willingness to travel as required.
