Your challenge

You will be placed in our Milan office, within the HR Department, where you will be primarily responsible for the following activities:

  • Provide advisory support to managers on performance, people development, and employee relations, while managing the full employee lifecycle across key HR processes, including engagement and climate analysis, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, and labor law–related matters.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and processes in line with Group guidelines.
  • Analyze HR data and reports to identify trends and propose improvement actions.
  • Contribute to Talent Management processes (succession planning, talent reviews, engagement initiatives).
  • Manage or support recruitment activities, from profile definition to candidate assessment, ensuring a positive experience and alignment with business needs.
  • Support training needs analysis and coordinate learning initiatives, monitoring their effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.
  • Maintain HR management systems and the related reporting on ATM.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through structured feedback and employee listening activities.

You are the ideal candidate if...

  • You have a solid understanding of core HR processes and employment regulations.
  • You have 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in large or multinational organizations.
  • You demonstrate strong listening, stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  • You are able to handle complex situations with balance, autonomy and solution-oriented thinking.
  • You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable working with HR data and metrics.
  • You are proactive, collaborative and enjoy working in an international and evolving environment.

We utilize Artificial Intelligence powered tools and encourage candidates with a basic understanding of commonly used platforms, as well as an awareness of best practices and the potential risks associated with AI in the workplace to apply.
