Are you looking for an opportunity in the HR field? Apply for the HR Business Partner Intern position, where, guided by a tutor, you will support HR activities and contribute to managing organisational processes.

During this experience, you will have the opportunity to learn how to:

  • Provide operational support to the HRBP in creating and managing reports related to the monitoring of key HR KPIs, such as organisational charts, personnel cost analysis, turnover, and other key indicators. Additionally, you will monitor organisational change processes within your area of responsibility, with a particular focus on developing reports on organisational changes.
  • Provide operational support in managing administrative matters affecting the assigned employee population, acting as a point of contact between the HR Administration team and the HRBP in order to monitor potential issues and serve as a reference point for employees.
  • Perform periodic checks on the quality of HR data within our systems, ensuring the department can produce accurate and up‑to‑date reports.

  • A degree in Economics, Law, or related fields
  • Good knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Numerical aptitude, logical–analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with pro‑activity and a strong team‑oriented mindset
