A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy as an HR Business Partner for Italy and become a trusted advisor to our leadership team, working closely with the Managing Director and Finance Director to shape and deliver our people strategy in line with our global vision. You’ll collaborate with local and international HR professionals, as well as our Centers of Competence, to design initiatives that inspire, engage, and empower our workforce. In this role, you’ll influence strategic decisions, guide change, and champion a thriving workplace culture where employees can grow, innovate, and belong. Every day, your work will strengthen our people, our business, and our impact on the energy transition.
How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders to understand organizational needs and shape HR strategies that drive growth.
  • Lead initiatives that boost employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Advise managers on hiring, compensation planning, and workforce structure to align with both local and global business goals.
  • Adapt global HR programs to the Italian market and create targeted initiatives in leadership development, employer branding, and wellbeing.
  • Drive key change management projects, from organizational design and policy creation to process improvements.
  • Ensure compliant HR policies, respond to labor law questions, and maintain open communication with employee representatives and social partners.
What You Bring
  • A university degree in HR, Economics, Psychology, or Engineering.
  • Significant HR experience, ideally gained in an international environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Italian labor legislation.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with business leaders, employees, service providers, HR experts, and global colleagues.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a strong advantage.
  • Professional fluency in both Italian and English, with your CV submitted in English.
