HR Training & Development (Maternity Cover)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The candidate will join the "People & Organization " Function, reporting to the Head of "Talent & Administration" team and will work on HR Training & Development tasks.

This position is a fixed-term maternity cover.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis to identify critical skill gaps, leveraging Individual Development Plans and managerial insights to define targeted development priorities.
• Design and implement tailored learning programs, collaborating with external training providers and managing local Mentoring and Coaching initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
• Manage and optimize training budgets, including securing and administering public funding opportunities such as Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to support and align with international learning and talent development initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through specific KPIs (e.g., satisfaction, learning outcomes, application on the job, training ROI) and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree in Humanities. Master in Human Resources will be considered a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel
• Advanced English level (B2/C1)
