THE MISSION

We are looking for a bright and motivated HR Trainee who wishes to embark on a professional growth path in the world of Human Resources, within a dynamic and international context like that of Vhernier and the Richemont Group. The trainee will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of various HR areas, supporting the team in daily activities and participating in strategic projects. This position offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of the human capital of a luxury brand.

Training Objectives

• Develop skills in using the Workday system for HR operations management.
• Become familiar with Talent Acquisition processes, supporting recruitment and selection activities.
• Collaborate in organizing internal and external training.
• Support in the preparation of educational and logistical materials.
• Understand the methodologies for designing and delivering training programs, contributing to their implementation.
• Learn the importance of internal communication for employee engagement and alignment in a global context.
• Support the HR function in ad-hoc projects related to Administrative and Comp&Ben areas.

Requirements

• Degree in humanities, economics, law, or related fields, preferably with a specialization or Master's in Human Resources.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential, given the international nature of the Richemont Group.
• Good proficiency in the Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong interest in the Human Resources sector and the world of luxury.
• Proactivity, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Precision, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Passion for beauty and the luxury industry.
