Role description:

Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a HR Talent Intern who will join the HR Talent, Organization & Internal Communication Team in our Milan Head Quarter of the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing training, development and internal communication programs.
• Organize training initiatives, including classroom setup, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and data analysis.
• Monitor training KPIs to ensure program success.
• Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Philosophy, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in human resources related topics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency both in English and Italian
