Role description:
Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a HR Talent Intern who will join the HR Talent, Organization & Internal Communication Team in our Milan Head Quarter of the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing training, development and internal communication programs.
- Organize training initiatives, including classroom setup, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and data analysis.
- Monitor training KPIs to ensure program success.
- Support the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Philosophy, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in human resources related topics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency both in English and Italian
