MAIN RESPONSABILITIES


Workday scope:

  • Design, develop and implement business processes, reports and dashboards to be used by the HR teams across the globe
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors on system configurations and testing.
  • Test and validate business processes created by its peers
  • Act as a central point of contact for HR partners in various countries, addressing inquiries and providing system-related support
  • Guide local HR users on Workday functionalities and best practices
  • Support Workday integrations with other IT systems in their region and globally
  • Ensure that the global standards for the processes are followed by local HRs and managers
  • Perform corrections and adjustments on Workday data when needed and requested by local HR, ensuring that the necessary approvals and validations were done
  • Develop and maintain documentation, such as user guide, training materials and SOPs


SAP scope:

  • Assist in the management of HR systems and databases through regular maintenance and improvements
  • Maintaining Organizational Data in SAP HR
  • Monitoring, identifying and commissioning rectification of Master Data issues in SAP
  • Managing the integrity of HR organizational and personal data and escalating any discrepancies to the person responsible
  • Participating in local or global projects within the Master Data area
  • Executing run imports to SAP (hiring, dismissal, salary readjustment, basic data, transfers, movements) and process manual updates of the data where imports are not possible


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Data Management and Analytics
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field preferred
  • Experience in data mining and auditing is a plus
