What we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional who wants to grow in an HR career path.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of key HR topics: recruiting, training, organization, administration;
- Some experience in HR-related projects (1–2 years is a plus);
- Fluency in English;
- Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets;
- Pragmatic and hands-on approach.
What you will do
As part of the HR team, you’ll support the growth and standardization of HR policies and processes.
- Recruiting : publish job ads, conduct CV screening, and manage candidate relationships to help scale the team;
- HR systems : implement and maintain HR software tools;
- Administration : support regular processes (absence recording, payroll cycle);
- People Management : collaborate with colleagues and managers to collect documents, plan trainings, and organize company meetings and events.
