HR Specialist / Generalist (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll & Timekeeping: Coordinate monthly payroll preparation with external providers. Collect, validate, and submit data (attendance, overtime, absences, bonuses) and manage the employee timekeeping system.
- HR Operations: Act as the primary HR contact for policy and payroll inquiries. Manage onboarding/offboarding, contract amendments, promotions, and maintain records in accordance with GDPR.
- People Development: Define, monitor, and coordinate the company’s training plan, identify local training needs, and support employees' career paths.
- Industrial Relations: Manage relations with the RSU and labor unions, participate in local negotiations, and handle issues related to work organization.
- Recruiting & Talent: Support local talent acquisition (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication) and coordinate with external agencies when needed.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure full compliance with Italian employment laws, collective agreements (CCNL), and internal company standards while supporting HR audits.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to payroll administration, timekeeping, and industrial manufacturing operations.
- Legal Foundations: Deep operational knowledge of Italian labor law, payroll practices, and industrial collective bargaining frameworks (CCNL).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field preferred.
- Systems: Solid experience working with modern HRIS, timekeeping platforms, and MS Office.
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) for seamless daily collaboration with our global headquarters in Germany.
- Competencies: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a matrixed organization.
