- Supervise that all relevant payroll documents are accurate and in compliance with legal and corporate standards.
- Implement and support Shared Services for company car administration in Europe and serve as the key European contact for our external partner.
- Collaborate closely with local and regional HR Business Partners and HR Assistants on issues requiring local handling, as well as with other key stakeholders.

- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR master data in our core HR systems, and develop system expertise within the HR Services team.
- Align and harmonize Workday processes and data standards across Europe.
- Identify, lead and support continuous improvement initiatives in HR Services and payroll, including process optimization and system enhancements.
- Standardize HR documentation support by managing incoming and outgoing forms and information, including document imaging and archiving.

- Support internal and external audit requests and provide documentation for HR processes and data.
- Contribute to and/or lead projects related to HR process and system improvements.

- 5–8 years of experience in HR, ideally within HR Shared Services or HR Operations in an international environment.
- Experience supervising or leading a small team (1–2 employees) preferred; strong leadership potential required.
- Proven experience working cross‑functionally within HR and with business stakeholders.
Skills & competencies

- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Other European languages such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French or Dutch are strongly preferred.
- A high level of commitment, teamwork and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and support the team in day‑to‑day operations.
