At Granstudio, we recruit talent from around the world across design, engineering and technology disciplines. Most candidates and many of our employees come from international backgrounds, making

English

and cross-cultural communication an essential part of this role. We’re looking for an HR professional with strong talent acquisition and organizational skills to support recruitment and all HR management activities for a team of around 70 people. Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll contribute across the employee life cycle, gaining exposure to recruitment, onboarding, training, HR administration, employer branding and employee engagement.

The role is primarily based on-site at our

Turin headquarters (Via Pacini 53)

as we believe face-to-face interaction plays an important role in building relationships with candidates, employees and colleagues. At the same time, we offer flexibility and smart working arrangements when needed.

What You’ll Do Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and negotiations Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and identify the right mix of skills and cultural fit Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hires during their integration Organize training and development initiatives, managing logistics and relationships with external providers Support payroll, attendance management and HR administration activities in collaboration with external partners (labour consultants) Contribute to employer branding initiatives, Career Days and university partnerships Help coordinate employee engagement, internal communication, company events and team-building initiatives Give your advice to support the continuous improvement of HR and recruitment processes

What We’re Looking For Fluent English and Italian Experience conducting interviews and interacting professionally with candidates in English A collaborative, people-oriented mindset Curiosity about people, organisations and team dynamics Availability to work in an on-site setting on a daily basis (smart working when needed)

Compensation & Benefits Full-time position (40h/week) Permanent, apprenticeship or fixed-term contract, depending on experience, qualifications and career stage Compensation package: €23000 - €30000, depending on experience and qualifications Employment regulated under CCNL Commercio €7 daily meal vouchers via Satispay On-site role based at our headquarters in Via Pacini 53, Turin, with the option of smart working when needed and agreed upon, based on activities (up to 40 smart working days per year, which can also be taken as one or more consecutive weeks) On-the-job training and professional development initiatives, with a budget of €1,000 for books, courses, workshops and external HR events
