HR Recruiting Specialist

We are Bertrandt, an international engineering consulting company. We like to work transparently, welcomingly, with a global team that puts people at the center. Now we are looking for a Recruiter of technical profiles that wants to grow with us and bring energy to our office in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).

Cosa farai

  • Recruiting of technical profiles (automotive, defense, rail and related).
  • Interviews in Italian and in English (from the first call to the contractual offer).
  • Participation in international meetings with colleagues of the group.
  • Onboarding of new hires.
  • Support on people management activities and internal organization.

Chi cerchiamo

  • University degree or diploma.
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience, better if in consulting companies and/or with a focus on technical profiles.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level, no certificates, we just need the substance). Knowing a further language is a plus (German, French, Spanish).
  • Passion for recruiting, motivation and excellent soft skills – for us they matter a lot!
  • We like genuine people: not those who pretend to be perfect, but those who bring transparency, energy and desire to grow together.

Dove e come lavorerai

  • 3 days in office at Sant’Agata Bolognese.
  • 2 days in smart working, with occasional travel.

Cosa offriamo

  • Contract either fixed-term or permanent.
  • CCNL Commerce, level 3 or 4.
  • RAL 25-30k.
  • Meal vouchers up to 8 € per day worked.
  • Workplace essentials: water, coffee, PC and company phone.
