Overview

OverviewFor Baralan International headquarters, we are looking for an HR MANAGER. Working closely with the CHRO and the team, you will support improvements in HR activities and new HR projects. Your daily goal will be to coordinate the administrative management and reporting of HR compliance and HR facility management for the parent company and production facilities in Italy. You will also support the CHRO in global projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CHRO and the HR team in identifying needs for improvement of the HR standard operating model and the main HR processes (Performance Management, Staffing, Training & Development, Incentive plan, Comp&Ben, Talent Management) and implement the approved changes.
  • Review Group Policies for the HR part according to needs and after approval for changes (CHRO and President / CSO).
  • Build and implement the main HR processes (Staffing, Training, Comp&Ben, Talent Management).
  • Support the identification of organizational needs for change and manage organizational development implementation plans.
  • Monitor and propose actions to improve people engagement through related action plans and initiatives.
  • Support the CHRO and the Global Talent specialist in the development of training strategy and programs.
  • Propose competitive benefits and consistent remuneration packages according to HR strategy.
  • Support the team in the definition and execution of the employer branding strategy.
  • Propose the development of a company succession plan.
  • Prepare and support the management of HR Committees.
  • Manage personnel administration / labour law activities in the Group, directly or through local HR referents or HRBPs.
  • Manage, in close collaboration with the CHRO and the President, relationships with the Unions when and where involved.
  • Define and propose the HR KPI dashboard and control process.
  • Manage and communicate HR performance through the analysis and use of HR data and systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within multinational companies and multicultural environments.
  • Knowledge of strategic process management (recruitment, selection, and onboarding).
  • Proven skills in personnel development (training, performance, career).
  • Administrative management skills (payroll, contracts).
  • Expertise in the implementation, development, and maintenance of projects related to employee well-being and engagement.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
