HR Plant Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the full HR agenda of our Chemical plant in Aprilia (about 200 HC).
The role requires daily HR plant management, good knowledge of industrial relations, and a strong ability to manage heterogeneous stakeholders on a daily basis.
What You Will Do
- Be the primary point of reference for daily HR business partnering activities for the Aprilia plant
- Manage and guide daily industrial relations with Unions/RSU
- Manage all contractual, legal, and administrative HR processes together with HR Administration
- Partner with the local Leadership Team to support business priorities and workforce effectiveness by implementing a team leadership model that builds trust and encourages collaboration
- Execute workforce planning, budgeting, and personnel cost forecasting
- Monitor, analyze, and leverage key HR KPIs to support informed decision-making
- Manage recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar employees
- Support talent development initiatives by identifying critical skills, career growth pathways, and retention actions, in line with COE strategy
- Drive performance management processes, coaching managers to set clear objectives and ensure fair evaluations that promote accountability, meritocracy, and business performance
- Oversee training activities to support upskilling, reskilling, and organizational development
- Foster a positive employee experience by enhancing the Employee Value Proposition and promoting a culture of empowerment, trust, and openness
.hat We Are Looking Fo
- Degree in Economics, Law, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good analytical and data management skills, with the ability to understand KPIs and translate data into actions
- Experience in Industrial Relations and Union/RSU management – is a plus
- Fluent Italian and good English
