Mission: We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR Italy local team , based at our office in Milan. This strategic role will shape and drive engagement, talent management, learning & development, DEI and organization across the Business Units, partnering with all business leaders of the different functions (Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Customer Service & HR). The selected candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and their teams, contributing to the evolution of our people strategy and supporting key transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within the Business Unit
- Provide comprehensive HR support across all personnel-related matters
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Continuously review, optimize, and manage HR processes, including cross-functional initiatives
- Drive and support cross-departmental strategic projects
- Lead the execution and implementation of both operational and strategic HR projects
- Collaborate with external HR service providers to ensure high-quality support
- Prepare and deliver ad-hoc HR analytics and key performance indicator reports
Projects and process support
- Engagement Plan Italy, with actions across local HR
- Workvivo channel, with a compelling communication strategy
- Specific projects on talents for Italy
- DEI activities
- Continuous improvement and process standardization projects

Requisites
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, ideally in a fully integrated company within an FMCG environment; additional experience in an international context is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Excellent MS Office skills and ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Fluent in Italian and English
