HR & Organization Intern

Interested in how HR transformation, digital innovation and people strategy shape organizations?

Bocconi University is looking for an HR & Organization Intern to join the People & Culture Business Unit and support projects related to HR transformation, organizational development and people processes.

You will work closely with the HR & Organization team, contributing to initiatives that aim to improve the employee experience, digitalize HR processes and support organizational innovation in an international university environment.

What you will work on

• Supporting HR Transformation projects focused on digitalizing and simplifying HR processes
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures
• Assisting in the preparation and update of internal HR documentation
• Supporting the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including:
• analysis of impacts on grading and compensation frameworks
• preparation of reports and internal documentation
• update of policies and internal tools
• Supporting Industrial Relations activities connected to these initiatives.

Who we are looking for

• Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months).
• Strong analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity
• Interest in HR, organizational processes and digital innovation
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Attention to detail and structured approach to work
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
