As an HR Operations Support, you’ll work alongside our Senior HR Operations Manager to enhance our People Operations and help create an outstanding work environment . Your key focus will be supporting the HR team and solving operational challenges with precision and a service-oriented approach. If you’re highly organized, adaptable, and love solving problems, this role is for you!


Key Responsibilities

  • HR Support: Provide day-to-day operational assistance to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees across Italy and other international markets.
  • HR Admin: Handle core HR activities like onboarding, benefits, and employee queries through the ServiceNow Ticketing system.
  • Data & Reporting: Manage and update HR data in systems like Workday and benefit portals, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Payroll Support: Prepare and validate variable data for payroll processing, in collaboration with the Payroll CoE.
  • Employee Queries: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring fast, clear, and professional responses.
  • Project Contribution: Contribute to cross-functional HR projects to improve processes and ways of working.
  • System Improvement: Support HRIS system updates and process improvements in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and Accounting to maintain smooth and compliant HR operations.


What You Bring to the Table

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in HR Operations or People Administration, ideally in a fast-paced or international setting.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (C1+).
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience with HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Confident user of Excel and Google Workspace tools.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
