We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to support key HR operations across the full global employee lifecycle. The HR Officer role will be instrumental in ensuring consistency, compliance, and positive employee experience across our international teams. The successful candidate will support activities including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, global recruiting, and the drafting and implementation of HR policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for international employees, ensuring all administrative and compliance requirements are met
  • Collaborate with finance and external providers to support payroll operations and maintain accurate employee records
  • Assist in global recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Draft, review, and update HR policies and internal procedures, including those related to travel and expense management
  • Conduct regular checks and controls on employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle within the organization
  • Ensure the integrity of HR data across platforms and maintain accurate documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, ensuring alignment with local and international compliance standards
  • Oversee the preparation, issuance, and tracking of employment contracts, as well as documentation related to contract amendments and terminations, in compliance with local labor regulations
  • Oversee the monitoring and verification of mandatory training requirements, including coordination with training providers and follow-up with employees
  • Support the organization and follow-up of mandatory medical check-ups and occupational health surveillance, in collaboration with external providers and internal stakeholders


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role within an international or multinational environment
  • Sound knowledge of HR practices across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of flexibility, adaptability, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, fast-paced setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Preferably resident in the surrounding areas
